Return Policy:
1.In Town (Vancouver, Surrey):
oYou may return the product at the New Westminster SkyTrain station at 6:00 PM.
oThe refund process will be initiated, and the amount will be promptly credited back to you.
oThe entire process will be completed within one week.
2.Out of Town:
oUnfortunately, we do not accept returns for out-of-town orders.
oPrior to placing an order, we can provide you with detailed information through pictures and videos of the product.
oFor sizing, our team will guide you to ensure you receive the perfect product.
Shipping Policy
Delivery and Shipping Policy:
1.In-Town Delivery (Vancouver, Surrey):
oFree delivery is available if you choose to pick up the product at any SkyTrain station within Vancouver or Surrey.
oFor orders exceeding $120, shipping is also complimentary.
2.Out-of-Town Shipping:
oA flat shipping fee of $15 applies for delivery anywhere outside of Vancouver and Surrey.
oHowever, if your order total exceeds $120, shipping remains free.
